Celebrate Life in Downtown Villa Rica

Downtown Villa Rica is making progress in developing into an area with popular restaurants and quality shopping. Along with many professional offices, the Main Street area is where one can find almost any service or merchandise a person or family needs. There are clothing stores, furniture stores, accountants, dentists, insurance agents, stockbrokers, hair salons, antique stores, home decorating expertise, bookstores, attorneys and gardening supplies along with several top quality restaurants. Come on downtown, park in some of the newly built and landscaped lots and walk around the Main Street area. You will be surprised what is available and enjoy meeting the wonderful people of Villa Rica. The Carroll County Chamber of Commerce and Villa Rica Main Street Program will host a “Gold Fever” Expo at THE MILL amphitheater on Thursday, May 3, from 4p – 7p (rain date May 10)

Digger’s Downtown Dollars

Digger's Downtown DollarsWe hope to reintroduce “Digger’s Dollars” in the next few weeks. It is anticipated that we will slightly change the approach, but it will still offer great values for the customers of our participating downtown businesses. Look for “Digger’s Dollars” when you shop in historic downtown beginning later this month. We are encouraged by reports that several existing industries are gearing up to expand in the Villa Rica area. This should occur over the next eighteen months. All of us should support these companies as well as our existing small business owners.
