“FIRST SATURDAY” Trade Day @ THE MILL – June thru September

Because people love being near other people, we’re creating new ways for the community to spend time with each other. Join us for the new Trade Day @ THE MILL (106 Temple Street) the first Saturday of each month from June 4 – September 3. Shopping? Trade Day hours are 8am – 2pm. Vending? Set up as early as 6:30am. The cost to be a vendor is only $20 per day.

Turn those Household Goods into Profit! Everyone loves a bargain. People are willing to walk a mile for one or rise at dawn for one.

What can Shoppers Expect?

Come early for a plethora of yard sale items, antiques, collectibles, homemade arts and crafts, used personal effects, plants, flowers, furniture, jewelry, clothes, toys and a bit of produce.

Special Note: Unlike Wednesday’s The Market @ THE MILL farmers’ market, a maximum of three produce vendors are allowed to sell on Trade Day, and these vendors may purchase from local wholesalers for resell to the public.

While you’re here for Trade Day, remember that we encourage you to spend time in Downtown Villa Rica, browse our shops, have breakfast or lunch at our quaint eateries or get your food to go, and enjoy a nice picnic on the grounds of THE MILL amphitheater.

VENDOR RULES

• This event will take place rain-or-shine. No refunds.
• The rented space is two standard size parking spaces.
• Vendor must leave area clean and all items removed no later than 2:30pm.
• Vendor will furnish their own tents, tables and chairs.
• Limited to three produce vendors per Saturday.
• Booth space is also open to not-for-profit organizations.
• All other items not listed above must be approved by Jeff Reese/Kimberly Stovall.
• No yard sale permit is required to sell @ THE MILL on these dates.
• No animals can be sold, bartered or given away at this venue.
